Shipping:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
Another email will be sent when your order has shipped. Currently, I am not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail and Royal Mail International with tracking.

I cannot accept any responsibility for delays in orders due to circumstances out of our control.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Unfortunately, I do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me using the contact section in the header of the website with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Marcus Riggs is not responsible for Import Duties and Tax charges if they are applied. This is the responsibility of the customer.
